Vision
The best science arises when independent researchers are given consistent support to pursue questions they define.
Goals
- Promote the development of diverse funding schemes that support researchers at early and middle career stages
- Provide better opportunities for Junior Faculty to explore new and diverse research ideas in an independent manner
- Avoid the loss of high-potential Junior Faculty
- Communicate with major funding entities and political bodies in Sweden

A Junior Faculty survey on funding, authorship, and work environment
The aim of the survey is to assess the situation of researchers at KI who are part of the Junior Faculty. The goals of the survey are by that to:
- represent your perspectives and needs to KI leadership,
- communicate the survey findings to KI leadership, and
- identify actionable solutions that align with your current needs
