Salary review (info for employees)

During the autumn 2022 KI has conducted a salary review. Employees covered by the salary review have had a performance management dialog 2, the dialog is mandatory.

The salary review is regulated by three central collective agreements between Swedish Agency for Government Employers and each trade union, Saco-S, OFR/S,P,O and Seko.

The new salary for 2022 is valid from first of October 2022 even if it was decided and paid out later.


The salary revision for 2022 has been completed.

Several views have been received about the scope in the wage revision due to inflation. The space for the salary audit in 2022 was agreed in a three-year agreement that applied to 2022-2023, where the autumn audit was the last for the agreement period.

The upcoming wage revision will be decided in a central collective agreement that applies from 1 October 2023 and is expected to be completed at the end of September/beginning of October. The state collective agreements are usually in line with the so-called mark for the industry, which is set at 7.4% spread over two years.

Date for the new salary for the Swedish Social Insurance Agency

13th December 2022 for Saco-S, unorganized and Seko. 7th February 2023 for members of OFR/S, P, O. All PhD students 11th November 2022.
