Highlights from the KI Fun Run 2026
What an amazing day we had at the KI Fun Run 2026!
We came together as a community - 300+ participants strong - staff and students, Flemingsberg and Solna, teams and individual participants! Together we enjoyed the sunny afternoon, moving together and socializing into the evening. An occasion like this truly shows that "we are KI - KI is us"!
The KI Fun Run is never just about crossing the finish line - it's about showing up for each other, cheering those who push their limits as much as those of us who are just there to enjoy the track and good company. Every year we prove what we can do when we move together. As always, the spirits where high from the warm-up to the finish line, into the post race events and all evening until the final dance steps.
Together we are getting far out in the world! We have been adding our distance for four yearly Fun Runs in a row - counting our shared laps. We have made a map guiding us through Europe with stops at some of KI's partner universities.
This year we added 600 laps with a total distance of 1040 km!
