You can see the current schedule on the Wondr website, where you can also read a description of each class/session.

The easiest way to book and check in is to register an account and download the Wondr app.

Classes

The Health Hub's class offerings vary each semester depending on which coaches are active. The core selection always includes some form of strength training, dance, body-mind, and martial arts-inspired classes.
All classes welcome beginners, so take the opportunity to try something new!
Stay updated in the Wondr app schedule, as new classes may be added continuously.
 

Strength Training

Examples of classes: Circuit workout, Workout of the Day (WOD), weightlifting, strength training with/without weights, core, outdoor training, etc.

Dance

Examples of classes: Dance workout, contemporary dance, house dance, dance aerobics, step up, hip hop choreography, etc.

Body-Mind

Examples of classes: Yoga, Pilates, meditation, Qi Gong

Martial Arts and Outdoor Training

Examples: Judo, parkour, BJJ, kickboxing...

Bookable Coaches

Our coaches are available at the gyms if you have any questions about exercises or want personal training. They’re happy to help you with your workout.
You can book them via “Bookable Coach” in the Wondr app.

Book Gym or Health Coaching

Hälsohubben also offers personal gym or health coaching sessions (1 hour). You can book an appointment directly using the form. Booking 

Gym coaching 

is a practical session where you receive exercise suggestions to get started.

Health coaching 

involves a conversation about lifestyle habits related to physical activity and exercise. We start from your current situation, what kind of support you need, and what you can do yourself. The conversation can be a great starting point for your journey towards a healthier and more active lifestyle.
