Moving of freezers
If a freezer needs to be moved:
- The owner will be contacted by the ANA Futura service team.
- Freezers are always moved in the morning so that there is plenty of time to follow up that the freezer is working as it should after reconnecting.
- The service team is responsible for the move and initial follow-up (until the next day), after which the responsibility passes to the owner.
Using evacuation freezers in ANA Futura
ANA Futura has 6 evacuation low temperature freezers (-80C).
- 5 freezers on floor 3: Number 1, 29, 48, 50, 58.
- 1 freezer on floor 7: Number 9.
- None on floor 8.
ANA Futura has 2 evacuation isothermal freezers (-196C)

The routine on how to use a evacuation freezer depends on if the need occurs during office hours or non-office hours.
