Guidance of system/reports when Forskarwebben is shut down
A guide for how to search for research projects.
VIS Forskarvy
PI, Unit managers, Team managers or Department managers can use "VIS Forskarvy" to search research projects, to get an economic overview and a visual status of projects.
Economic overview for all research projects including agency capital.
- Graph displaying financiers.
- Graphs that visualize how much have been spent on projects, both in percent and divided by cost categories.
- Visualizes agreements from "avtalsreskontran"/contract ledger and their start and due dates.
- Visualizes result regarding government funding projects.
- Gives the possibility to search for detailed information for example verification number.
- In English
- Incoming money is displayed as a positive value and spent money is displayed as a negative value (from view SALDOH in UBW).
- Including preliminary INDI (from view SALDOH in UBW).
- Authorization to the system is granted automatically to those who are registered as project leader for a project and if you are a manager for personnel that has projects linked to themselves.
- Is updated two times/day (at 8 in the morning and at 12 daytime).
Project balance report
When you want to search project balances.
- Authorization through FOID, which will give you the projects you are linked to (same authorization process as for old "Forskarwebben").
- Incoming money is displayed as a negative value and spent money is displayed as a positive value, same values as in the accounting system.
- Located in UBW web.
- Possibility to view invoices (pictures).
- Available in Swedish and English.
- Update is done every 5 minutes.
- Possibilities to add descriptions and explanations in the reports in UBW web
PL Uppföljning projekt
When you want to search result versus budget.
- Income Statement – Income is shown as negative value and cost as positive value same as in the accounting system
- Possibility to view invoices (pictures)
- Located in UBW web
- Does not include preliminary INDI. INDI costs appear on the project once the books for the month have been closed.
- Update is done every 5 minutes
- Possibilities to add descriptions and explanations in the reports in UBW web
