Basic courses
Teaching and learning in higher education, distance (GHPD)
This course is a general introduction to pedagogy in higher education, and will enable participants to discuss teaching and learning theory and concepts within higher education related to own practice and experiences.
Stepping stone courses: Pedagogy in VIL
Stepping stone courses are for those who want to study a single course in basic higher education pedagogy, or who want to study five weeks of higher education pedagogy at their own pace.

Continuation courses
Courses for those who has participated in Teaching and learning in higher education or equivalent and wishes to improve themselves more in pedagogics.
Formative assessment
The aim of the course is to support university teachers and supervisors to develop their ability to design and implement formative assessments that support student learning.
The course is held in Swedish.
Summative assessment
The aim of the course is to increase your awareness of how to create summative assessments to measure your students’ learning. The course also aims to stimulate a reflective approach to teaching and learning.
Designing doctoral courses
This course focuses on the specific challenges and opportunities of doctoral education. How can pedagogical theory, instructional methods, information technology and assessment help to create meaningful learning?
Doctoral supervisor
Teaching in the glocal university
An introduction to the main issues surrounding teaching and learning at an international university.
The course will enable participants to reflect upon their current teaching practices, while gaining a better understanding of their students, their backgrounds and needs.
Two2Tango, tandems for teaching in the glocal classroom
This course is intended for teachers who wish to develop their teaching skills and their intercultural awareness for teaching the international classroom in English.
Higher education courses at SU and KTH
Take part in courses in higher education pedagogy, resources for pedagogical development and conferences. As an amployee at KI you can take part in this at both Stockholm University and KTH, within the university alliance Stockholm trio. Higher education courses within Stockholm trio
Teambased learning (TBL)
