Summary of the guidelines
Karolinska Institutet (KI) shall be an inclusive university with a good working and study climate, free from discrimination, harassment and other victimisation. The working climate shall be characterised by mutual respect between staff and students. Discrimination, harassment and other victimisation are a serious threat to health, well-being, job satisfaction and opportunities for success. KI therefore works actively against these behaviours. Every employee and student has a personal responsibility to treat each other with respect in their everyday interactions with colleagues and fellow students.
