Neo steering group

The steering group is represented by all departments in Neo. The main purpose is to discuss and make decisions concerning overall issues in Neo, such as infrastructure, economy and policy that breaches across departments.

Drafting committee (previously House Council)

The Drafting committee includes representatives from the departments renting premises in Neo. The group establishes the common rules for the building and decides on the use of the facilities in Neo. Issues of a more complex and/or costly nature are prepared by the group for decision by the Neo Steering group.

The Drafting committee has an overall view of how the space in Neo is used. They ensure that the premises are used in the best possible way, that rental and operating costs are within budget, and that workflow and work to maximise workflow and collaboration between researchers. The Neo Steering group has delegated the responsibility and decision-making on these issues to the Drafting committee.

Work Environment group (WEG)

This group deals with all issues related to work environment (fire safety, lab safety and general work environment) in Neo. The group works closely together with the steering group and Neo operations as well as the work environment groups at all the departments. The group organises fire drills and safety rounds in Neo.
