Create an embedded overview from the research information search

You can create a list of research information from ki.se/en and embed it on a page. The list is updated automatically based on the filters you choose in the research information search.

This guide shows you how to filter the search, copy the code and customise the appearance of the list in Workbench before embedding it on a page.

You can create different types of lists with research information. The content of the list is determined by how you filter the search. For example, you can create a list of:

  • A department’s research groups
  • Researchers in a specific research area
  • All docents in a specific research area
  • Research groups in areas such as cancer and oncology
  1. Log in to ki.se/en.
  2. Open the research information search.
  3. Run a search (click the search button) and then select the relevant filters, information type and sorting. For example, research groups, A–Ö and department.
  1. Copy the code below the search result (at the bottom of the page)
  1. Open Workbench (preferably in another tab). At the bottom of the page, under Create lists from widget (sv), select Create a list with research information from KI RIMS.
  1. Paste the code and customise the overview’s appearance and link options.
    • Please tick the box “Include link to Search research information”
  1. Copy the new embed code.
  2. Paste the code into an embed field on the desired page or promo embed and save.

Create multiple lists

If you are creating multiple lists, you do not need to go back to Workbench each time. Instead, refresh the page where you customise the code and paste in the next code from the research information search.

Example of an embedded list

Research groups in occupational therapy and rehabilitation medicine
