The Swedish Patent and Registration Office: The PRV is the Swedish authority that handles patents, trademark protection, design protection, etc. On their website, you are guided through the patent process and will find an abundance of factual information.

Tools of Science: Stockholm Science City has listed companies, academic competencies and core facilities in the life science sector.

The Scandinavian Life Science Industry Guide: The journal Biotech Sweden has created a database of over 1,100 life science companies in Scandinavia.

Entrepreneurship and start-ups

ESBRI's knowledge bank: The Entrepreneurship and Small Business Research Institute, ESBRI, has compiled everything from thesis summaries to articles and reading recommendation in its knowledge bank. On this start-up site, the Swedish Companies Registration Office, the Swedish Tax Agency and Tillväxtverket have all gathered together information and services that you can benefit from in your business – from starting up to winding up.
