Most applications to Swedish funding agencies are submitted directly to the agency and generally require a signature from the Head of Department.
Get support at your department
Support for Swedish & international grants (non-EU/US) is provided by KI departments. Contact your department a few weeks before the application deadline for budget & economy support.
- The financial part of most grants is also managed by your department.
- At the end of the project a financial report needs to be submitted.
- The grant agreements and grant application should be archived at the department by the main applicant.
Internal Prioritisation Process
Some Swedish sponsors require a letter of support from the President of KI as part of the application. Such applications must first pass through an internal prioritisation process.
Applications for international grants require the signature of the Head of Grants Office and an Application Assurance Form.
