The task of the Work Environment Committee is to be Karolinska Institutet's protection committee in accordance with the Work Environment Act.

The task of the Work Environment Committee

The task of the Work Environment Committee is to be Karolinska Institutet's protection committee in accordance with Chapter 6, Sections 8-9 of the AML. Dnr 285/09-204 and deals with issues such as:

legislation in the field of work environment
cooperation with occupational health services
laboratory safety
organisational and social work environment
information and training in the field of health and safety at work
work adaptation and rehabilitation activities
