Mission and responsibilities
The Office of Legal, Planning and Economic Affairs (JPE) is responsible for development and strategic and Professional Services, including case management, for university management and activities in the areas of legal affairs, document management, Planning Unit, follow-up, investigation, finance, procurement and information security.
- Implementation of a cohesive infrastructure organisation (E2)
- Implementation of an optimised contract process (F2)
- Systematic and risk-based information security work (G2)
- Measures based on internal audit reports, among other things:
- Implementation of procurement templates and processes with environmental requirements.
- Economic model and economic system
- Switch from Qlikview to Qliksence (VIS)
- Robotisation
- Record keeping (in Sharepoint)
- Legal
- Archives and registry
- Planning Unit
