Salary revision 2020
Salary revision 2020
The next salary revision will be carried out at the beginning of 2021. The reason is that KI, like other government agencies, is awaiting the central negotiations within the government area in order to obtain a coherent salary revision for all employees. The time from when the new salary applies may vary depending on which trade union you belong to.
Influence and participation through collaboration
Influence and participation through collaboration
In the beginning of 2019, KI concluded a local agreement for collaboration together with the trade unions. What is new is that this collaboration should mainly occur between managers and employees.
The idea behind the collaboration is to have an open and trusting dialogue about our operations in order to contribute to the influence and participation of the employees. Collaboration creates conditions for increased competence and a good working environment, which in turn contributes to Karolinska Institutet’s development.
