When a colleague finishes his employment at Karolinska Institutet, an exit interview will be held.
The employment must have been at least six months. The purpose of retirement interviews is to capture positive and negative signals in different areas during the employment period. For example, it may be within:
- Work organization
- Working environment
- Conditions of employment
- Work tasks, or requirements and the conditions and expectations about these
- Development and career opportunities
- Leadership at the workplace
- The working group and the cooperation internally and externally
Exit interviews provide the opportunity to work in a systematic way with the internal quality work. Something that in turn makes it possible to continuously improve and develop the business. Properly used, exit interviews can provide an important feedback to the organization's personnel policy.
