The KI RIMS panel
Do you want to influence the work with KI RIMS? Join the KI RIMS panel in Teams! The purpose of the panel is to bring together stakeholders and users of the system for collaboration, dialogue and joint development of KI RIMS.
Purpose of the panel
The KI RIMS panel is for everyone at KI who is interested in and uses Karolinska Institutet's research information system, KI RIMS. The purpose of the KI RIMS Panel is to create a platform for collaboration, dialogue and joint development of KI RIMS by including different perspectives and stakeholders. We aim to integrate user perspectives and ensure that KI RIMS effectively supports the activities of Karolinska Institutet. The team is administered by the KI RIMS management group.
Feedback from users
The KI RIMS panel is a channel where users can share thoughts and ideas, participate in discussions and provide feedback to influence the development of the system both in the short and long term. This ensures that KI RIMS is developed in line with the needs and priorities of the organisation.
If you need help with how to use KI RIMS, please contact the support team at kib@ki.se
Recruitment for user testing
Through the KI RIMS panel, we identify and engage people for user testing and questions regarding the system. This provides us with valuable feedback from actual users of the system and allows for improvements and customisations based on real user experiences for different parts and aspects of the system. Requests for participation in surveys and other questions to panel members may be made via email to team members or directly in the team.
