Staff list

You can create dynamic staff lists for people belonging to an organisational unit at KI.

Create a staff list by choosing what part of the organisation you want to display.

This can be practical when, for example, you want to list all employees on a unit or everyone in a research group. The list is generated via KIMKAT and is updated automatically when the information in the database is updated.

You create the staff list by selecting Create Organizational list in Workbench.

Then select the department or unit/section/group you want to list. Select language and if you want to display a compact list (name and position only) or detailed list (name, e-mail, phone, portrait if available on the profile page, position).

The system generates a code that you enter in the Embed block on a page, or in a Promo on a landing page.
