Using a form at ki.se can be a good way to get information and responses to questions in a uniform way in a recurring type of case / inquiry, saving time both for users and recipients.
Two parts
Your form consists of two main components:
- A form page, the container for your form. It works the same way as a page except that you can have a form at the bottom of the page.
- A form that you fill with elements, make settings in and then insert at the bottom of your form page.
It doesn't really matter which of these you create first, but it can be practical to have your form page ready so that you can retrieve your form immediately after you have created it. Then you can see how each element will look to the user while you build it.
